Seki Residence

Set within historic Tarrytown on a 0.35-acre homesite, The Seki Residence is envisioned as the grounded counterpart to the neighboring Sho Residence. Where Sho is defined by lightness and openness, Seki is shaped by a sense of permanence, privacy, and deep connection to the surrounding landscape.

Planned as an approximately 5,800-square-foot residence, Seki is being designed by Austin-based architecture firm, Cedar with interiors by Slic Design. The home will reflect the Gossett & Co. approach to modern luxury: thoughtful architecture, natural materials, and a strong sense of belonging to place. Designed to feel both substantial and serene, Seki will offer a refined living experience centered on comfort, retreat, and everyday ease.
